After decades in the UK, our client have announced they are pulling out of the market. In an email to their partners, they explained why:

"Factors such as Brexit, the pandemic, and evolving preferences have contributed to a decline in interest in the UK."

That last part hits hard: "a decline in interest in the UK."

Having lived abroad for years, I understand this perspective. From the outside - and in global media - the UK doesn't look the way we might hope.

The world no longer sees the UK as favourably as we’d like to believe.

Big Ben and Stonehenge aren't enough of a draw anymore when the country is visibly in decline and overt racism and xenophobia are on the rise.

Shame on us 🤷‍♂️
We need to do better 🙏
We CAN do better 💪
